Albuquerque police I a well-known former attorney was fatally shot Monday at a home in the North Valley. Gilbert Gallegos, an Albuquerque Police Department spokesman, said 45-year-old Colin Hunter died from his injuries on Tuesday. Police responded after 5 am to a shooting in the 4600 block of Fifth NW, near Griegos. Gallegos said Hunter was shot by an “unknown offender” and the case is being investigated.
