JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Akademisi Sekolah Tinggi Hukum (STH) Indonesia Jentera, Bivitri Susanti mengungkapkan, terdapat gejala keberadaan undang-undang yang seolah memecahkan akar masalah tetapi justru melegalkan praktik korup dan tidak memodifikasi.
